I didn't really hold back in telling friends and family after discovering the joy of nudism. I didn't go out of my way to tell people but didn't "hold it in," either. My immediate family found out I was a nudist shortly before my first Christmas as a nudist. One sister and I were going shopping for matching Christmas pajamas for the kids when she mentioned that the adults should get matching pj's, too. I told her that I'd never wear them and, when asked, explained that I sleep more comfortably without them. After ooh's and aah's I told my sister that life is just more comfortable without anything on, at which time she learned I am a nudist.
